- 1 lg watermelon, scoop out into balls with ice cream scooper
- 10 fresh mint leaves, chopped – to taste
- 8 ounce package plain feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 pkg blueberries
- Using a ice cream scooper, prepare the watermelon and place in large serving bowl
- Gently combine watermelon and blueberries.
- Sprinkle in mint and feta. Serve chilled.
