This cottage cheese pudding is delicious and packs in over 38 grams of protein per serving.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cottage cheese (Good Culture)
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of PB2 Powder Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons honey or more, as needed

optional garnish: raspberries, cinnamon, mint, whip cream or mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a high speed blender or food processor, add all your ingredients and blend well.
Transfer into serving bowls, cover, and refrigerate for at least thirty minutes.

Serve in chilled martini glass or small mason jar and garnish as needed
