I’m Devyne, a Dallas-based marathoner who started running in 2024 just to “get in shape” and ended up finding purpose with every mile. Since then, I’ve completed five half marathons, finished the Berlin Marathon, and am currently training for Dopey 2026. My running journey is deeply rooted in faith and resilience, reminding me that strength doesn’t come from how fast you go but from never giving up. As a Black woman in the running community, I’m passionate about representation, encouragement, and celebrating every step, whether it’s a personal best or a tough training day. I hope to continue inspiring others to show up, chase joy, and keep running their race.
