Most of our courses are USATF Certified. Please see individual race pages for course maps and details. USATF-certified courses are measured along the shortest legal route (running the tangents). Most runners naturally cover extra distance by running around turns, passing other participants, or weaving through crowds, so GPS watches often display different distances.

Help us Run Local. Give Local. Keep It Clean. Please do not throw or leave confetti, glitter, metallic foil, balloons, streamers, or other non-biodegradable materials anywhere on the race course or in the start/finish area.
These materials can be difficult to clean up, harmful to wildlife and the environment, and may violate the requirements of the parks and communities that allow us to race there.
Celebrating is encouraged—just make sure everything you bring with you leaves with you. Let's leave our courses cleaner than we found them!
