Run Project represents the top 2% of running events in the country.
Run Project is Texas’ premier race series, locally owned, female owned and for local causes.
They are part of the Racing Systems, Inc family of brands. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for runners right here in our local community and to give back to organizations in the Dallas/FW area. Run Local. Give Local®.
All registration is done online through RunProject.org. Each race webpage on this site also provides a link to our registration site. All registrations are electronic only.
You can find the deadline for online registration on each race page. Historically, our races often sell out. When this happens and registration closes early, we’ll post that information on this website. Online registration will stay open until sale out or up to race time.

Race FAQ's
- REFUNDS: Due to the way supplies are ordered and data is managed, refunds are not allowed. Be sure to research each event and don’t hesitate to EMAIL us at race.director@wetimeraces.com before registering if you have any questions! You do have the option to purchase Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection.
- RACE INSURANCE: If you purchased the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection program you are welcome to request a refund based on the policy terms & conditions
- TRANSFERS: Transfers (when applicable) are available through the race roster dashboard. Transfers within the same live race can be done within your race roster dashboard prior to the first packet pickup. Questions: email race.director@wetimeraces.com.
You can purchase the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection program. Click HERE to begin the process. Please ensure that you enter the email address that you used to register for race. Please note that Racing Systems/Run Project does not manage the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program. If you have any questions about the policy or the refund request process, please email help@protecht.com
The race will go on regardless of precipitation. The race will only be canceled if weather conditions present imminent danger to participants. Announcements will be made on Facebook and Instagram and text messages for those signed up to receive SMS messaging.
Participants in the half marathon must be 12 years of age or older on race day. Participants in the 5K must be 5 years of age or older on race day.
Participants in the 10K must be 7 years of age or older on race day.
There is no age limit for the Fun Run and Walk
Strollers are allowed but we ask that you stay toward the side or in the back during the start of a race.
We LOVE our furry friends… but our insurance and permit restrictions do not allow animals at races unless it is a service animal, which must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
Fun Run is usually a 1K- 1 mile depending on the venue.
A 5K is 3.1 miles.
A 10K is 6.2 miles.
A Half Marathon is 13.1 miles.
Results can be found on https://www.wetimeraces.com/results or by scanning your QR code on your race bib.
We love our Run Project Ambassadors. We start accepting applications for the upcoming year Ambassador Program in the month of November. Stay tuned to our @RunProject on Facebook or Instagram for details.
A Run Project Series allows you to purchase multiple races in the same year all at once for a discounted price. You will be able to mix and match distances and races. For more information on the Run Project Series CLICK HERE.
Most of our courses are USATF Certified. Please see individual race pages for course maps and details.
The 5K is a timed event and will have a timing tag on the bib. The timed 5K will show up in the results. The untimed 5K will not have a timing tag and will not show up in results.
Yes, we have Run Project pacers for all half marathons.
Packet Pick-Up / Perk FAQs
You will pick up your race packet at your requested packet pick-up location. Please bring a copy of your confirmation upon completing the online registration.
Yes, simply log onto your Race Roster account https://raceroster.com/signin to edit registration.
No, we do not mail packets unless its a virtual registration.
We allow exchanges on race day while supplies last
If the swag items are part of a promotion, we’ll notify you by email to let you know when the items are available for pickup.

Your group is encouraged to create a team on Race Roster!

Yes, 4 or more will receive $5 off each registration as long as you sign up in one transaction.
Need/Want to park closer to the start/finish line? During the registration process you will be able to purchase VIP Parking (when available). You can also retroactively purchase a parking spot via the Store within your Race Roster Portal until sold out.

VIP Parking cannot be refunded or transferred
Usually we provide bag check. See event details for more information.
All age group awards are done by chip time. All overall awards are done by gun time.
Virtual Run FAQ's
A virtual run is a run you complete anytime, anywhere you choose!
- Sign up for your race at www.runproject.com.
- Run or walk the distance you choose anywhere you choose!
- Submit your times. Go to the results page and upload your results.
- Print out your finisher certificate.
- Share your favorite Run Project moments from your run on social media. Use hashtags #runproject, #runprojectvirtual
Run it, Walk it, or Jog it anytime and anywhere you want!
You can track your miles by using your favorite running app such as; Strava, Nike, Garmin Connect, Runkeeper, or Map My Run or any other app you like using.
Can I change my distance?
Yes you can! You can do it itself on your Race Roster dashboard or you can email us at race.director@wetimeraces.com.
We ship the Monday after the live event.
We ask that you carefully select your size and refer to our size chart when you order because we do not accept exchanges on the virtual race packets.
All Virtual races will close registration the same day and time as the live event.
