Ingredients
- 5 cups frozen or fresh, sliced watermelon (no rind)
- 3/4 cup – 1 cup silver tequila (or use coconut water for non-alcoholic)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- ice
- 7 mint leaves (+extra for garnish)
- 1/4 cup raw honey or agave nectar
The Rim
- 2 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- lime wedge
Method: Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Prep pre-frozen margarita cups by wetting rim with lime wedge. Mix sugar and salt on small plate. Dip rim in sugar/salt mixture. Pour frozen margarita immediately and ENJOY!
