(Dallas, TX – Monday, February 23, 2022) – Racing Systems, Inc. announces the return of the Run Project St. Paddy’s Day Dash 5K to Greenville Avenue for its 27th year. We’re back and better than ever with all the things you have grown to love: super soft short sleeve St. Paddy‘s Dash t-shirt, collectable finisher’s medal that doubles as a bottle opener, cash prizes presented by Guaranty Bank, beer garden featuring complimentary Yuengling Flight Beer (21 and up), and more!
“Without a doubt my favorite race in Dallas! It’s the PERFECT way to kick off the St Paddy’s festivities with a giant post race block party!
-Kyle B., Run Project Ambassador
This one-of-a-kind event is the only 5K to lead participants directly to the Dallas St. Patrick’s Day Parade. There is something for everyone from young to old, walkers to competitive racers, and everyone in between. Participate in the tutu contest and the Krispy Kreme donut eating contest, pose for photos with Jason the leprechaun, smile for complimentary race day photos, try free samples from Beyond Meat, and then join your family and friends to watch the parade.
“This race is the perfect way to start my St. Patty’s celebration. What’s better than getting some miles in with friends, receiving an awesome medal, and enjoying the parade after?”
-Carolyn M., Run Project Ambassador
The Friends of the Katy Trail is the Featured Charity Partner for this event. The Katy Trail provides 3.5 miles of well-maintained walking, running, and biking path in the heart of Dallas. Run Project is excited to support this important piece of the city.
