1. Ditch the Disposable Cups

Consider carrying your own reusable cup or bottle during races and training runs.

2. Choose Eco-Friendly Gear

Look for running shoes and apparel made from recycled materials or brands that have sustainability initiatives.

3. Carpool or Run Local

Driving to races and training runs increases your carbon footprint. Whenever possible, carpool with friends, take public transit, or choose races close to home. Better yet, try running or biking to the start line!
