INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup cold brew coffee⠀
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I go with oat or almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (get the good stuff)
- 1 tablespoon pure pumpkin puree⠀
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Scoop or 1 packet of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Unflavored
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- *Optional topping: whip cream and/or pumpkin spice
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until well incorporated and creamy
Pour blended mix over ice and garnish with toppings of choice. ENJOY!
