Hello Summer! Need a summer cocktail with our favorite melon? Try a Watermelon Sangria. This variation of this Spanish beve will leave you refreshed.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds seedless watermelon, cubed.
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 6 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces Cointreau
  • 4 ounces Citrus Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • Garnish – mint or watermelon wedge or lime slice

DIRECTIONS:

Puree watermelon with hand blender or traditional blender

Pour watermelon puree through fine strainer into pitcher

Add remaining ingredients.

Chill for min of 2 hrs. Serve with garnish of mint or watermelon wedge or lime slice.
