• 5 cups frozen or fresh, sliced watermelon (no rind)
  • 3/4 cup – 1 cup silver tequila (or use coconut water for non-alcoholic)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • ice
  • 7 mint leaves (+extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or agave nectar

The Rim

  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp.  granulated sugar
  • lime wedge

Method:  Combine ingredients in a blender.  Blend on high until smooth.  Prep pre-frozen margarita cups by wetting rim with lime wedge. Mix sugar and salt on small plate. Dip rim in sugar/salt mixture. Pour frozen margarita immediately and ENJOY!
