INGREDIENTS:
Part 1
Onion chopped
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6-8 garlic cloves chopped
3 celery stalks
5 Knorr’s chicken bouillon cubes
1 can diced tomatoes
2 quarts water
season with Mrs. Dash

Part 2
cilantro
fideo noodles/1pkg  or angel hair pasta (use about 1/2 pkg and break into pieces)
olive oil

DIRECTIONS PART 1:

Put these ingredients in crock pot in the morning and cook on low.  So when you return home from work/play in the evening you are ready for part 2.  Or you can put these ingredients in a soup pot and bring to boil and cook till chicken is done.


DIRECTIONS PART 2:

So remove the chicken and cut into pieces, then return to soup.  Brown noodles/pasta pieces in oil in skillet and add to soup.  Chop cilantro and add.  Cook till noodles are tender.
