Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup fat free milk or milk alternative
- Greek Yogurt – about 3/4 cup
- Banana – frozen or fresh – about 1/3 cup
- Avocado – frozen or fresh – about 1/3 cup
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum (makes it creamy)
- Spinach – handful
- Honey or Agave Nectar
- 1 cup Ice
- 1/4 tsp mint extract, not Peppermint
- Mint – optional garnish
Put all ingredients together in a blender. Blend 2-4 min, depends on the desired consistency. Fill two cups and garnish with mint.
