Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup fat free milk or milk alternative
  • Greek Yogurt – about 3/4 cup
  • Banana – frozen or fresh – about 1/3 cup
  • Avocado – frozen or fresh – about 1/3 cup
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum (makes it creamy)
  • Spinach – handful
  • Honey or Agave Nectar
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract, not Peppermint
  • Mint – optional garnish

Put all ingredients together in a blender. Blend 2-4 min, depends on the desired consistency. Fill two cups and garnish with mint.
