Getting ready for the Super Bowl this Sunday and searching for that perfect dish to serve up. Try this award winning Vegan Chili.

1 can Rotel Chili Fixin’s
1 C fresh black beans (*needs prior preparation)
1 lb of Morning Star Farms Veggie Meal Starters Crumbles Grillers Original
1 tsp of pink salt
1 package of McCormick Less Sodium Chili Seasoning Mix
1 can of vegan broth
1 can of corn

  1. Heat in a Dutch oven or large heavy pot over medium-high heat. Add all ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally. Season with salt to taste. Serve with a sprinkling of cilantro, corn chips, onions and japs, if desired. You’re good to go!
