INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup cold brew coffee⠀
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I go with oat or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (get the good stuff)
  • 1 tablespoon pure pumpkin puree⠀
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Scoop or 1 packet of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Unflavored
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice 
  • *Optional topping: whip cream and/or pumpkin spice 

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until well incorporated and creamy

Pour blended mix over ice and garnish with toppings of choice. ENJOY!
