• Greek Yogurt
  • Banana – frozen or fresh
  • Strawberries – frozen or fresh
  • Spinach – handful
  • Honey or Agave Nectar
  • Ice – optional


Grab your blender and a large spoon and drop 2 heaping scoops of Greek Yogurt, followed by fruit of your choice, frozen or fresh.  Top with a large handful of spinach and a drizzle of honey or agave nectar for sweetness.  Blend.  If you use frozen fruit, you may not need ice, it all depends on the desired consistency.


Note – You can use whatever fruit you have on hand and whatever type of Greek yogurt suits your fancy.  My kids love these, so I usually use 2% or 5% Fage.
