Although I began my trainer/coaching career way back in 1977 (WOW, That was so long ago), I had to maintain my training while holding other jobs throughout my life.
Recently fully embracing it again and fully regaining all my certifications over the past year helped me to be the BEST Run Project Ambassador I can be for this amazing race organization – the Premier Race Provider in the DFW area!
ISSA frequently features those who have achieved the MASTER Trainer level and this is the photo I shared with them.
I made sure to be wearing my Run Project hat #REPRESENTING!
