- Overripe banana (frozen or fresh)
- Heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
- Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup of Soy Milk, Almond Milk, Cows Milk or Water + 1 scoop Protein Powder
Combine 1 banana, a heaping tablespoon or spoonful of your favorite peanut butter, cocoa powder and your protein liquid of choice, blend. Add ice until you reach your desired consistency. My favorite is a thick milkshake! My kids love these too!
