INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Breast – Prepared & chopped (I like to use a prepared rotisserie chicken and use the chicken breast)

Hard Boiled Eggs – I make ahead and keep in the fridge for the week

Mini Cucumbers – sliced

Mini Bell Peppers – sliced

Feta Cheese

Kalamata Olives

Cherry Tomatoes

Carrots – sliced or chopped

Spinach

Brianna’s Balsamic Vinaigrette (or any old dressing favorite)

Salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste

Pepperoncini

HOW TO:

Throw it all together and enjoy!  I love to serve myself some fresh crusty bread dipped in an EVOO/Salt & Pepper mix.
