Too Cold To Hold 5K/5M/10M

Sunday, February 1, 2015 - 8:30am

Our congratulations and admiration go out to the runners, volunteers, sponsors, and race production crew who participated in today's run at Norbuck Park.  The 2014 Too Cold to Hold lived up to it's name with temperatures in the 30's and a very stiff wind from the North.   Runners & walkers braved the cold as they ran a 5K, a 5-miler or a 10-miler on a chilly course around White Rock Lake.  A beer garden with Miller Lite awaited runners after the race, as well as coffee, and lots of samples and treats.  The most popular part of our sponsor village this year was the warming area.  Thanks for your participation everybody.  See you at our next event - Dash Down Greenville.
