Congratulations to all the runners & walkers who participated in the 18th running of our annual winter favorite.  We moved the race to February this year and changed the distance to a 5K, a 5-miler and a 10-miler, but runners enjoyed the same great course around White Rock Lake as well as all the after-race fun.  Our beer garden and music was waiting for everyone after the race.  We had great weather so participants enjoyed a pleasant, sunny day after the race for beer, coffee, massages, and lots of samples and raffles.

What You Get: 

Participants will receive a long-sleeved navy technical race shirt and the first 1000 participants who pick up their packets at a Run On! store will also receive a warm beanie with the race logo on it.

Awards: 

To be eligible for an award, you must wear a timing tag. Top 3 Overall Male & Female. 1st Overall Masters Male & Female .Top 3 Male & Female finishers in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

Since 1978, our mission to end the epidemic of family violence has remained constant. We believe that intervention, emergency shelter, and crisis counseling for all victims—women, children and men—will save lives and that transitional housing and case management will transform lives for the better.

We couldn’t meet the great need without help from the entire community. Few things have the power to change the shape of our world more than the act of giving. Be a part of the solution to family violence.
